1. What is ButterflyEvents.com?

ButterflyEvents runs its website from FA GIFTS PRIVATE LIMITED which is registered with the government of Haryana. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.

2. Delivery Timings:

• For same day orders, orders have to be made before 5 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.
• We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our regular delivery timing is between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Clients can expect specific timings in the Special Instructions section of payment page; however, we cannot guarantee that the client’s special request can always be followed due to logistics efficiency in the timing of delivery.
• Delivery in remote areas or towns can be covered but in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc., delays may occur.
• For Valentine Midnight delivery, delivery will be done between 10 PM to 1 AM.

3. Discounts:

All the discounts are decided by ButterflyEvents team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

4. Address Change:

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.

5. Order Change:

Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled. Cancellation charges of 5% are applicable on all cancellation requests.

6. Delivery Product:

The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones chosen on site because of different vendors & different seasonal constraints. Although we always try to deliver the same as shown, if there have to be substitutions because of non-availability of products, these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality.

7. Service Complaint:

Any complaint of delivered products will be considered within 24 hrs of the delivery. Customers need to report the issue to customer support channels via WhatsApp or Email.

8. Rules for delivery:

• Only delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. If recipient doesn’t accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
• ButterflyEvents may not be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event of delivery and not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. This applies to:
  • Incorrect shipping/delivery address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Wrong landmark / Mobile number or instruction number which may render us unable to reach the recipient.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception/ Neighbor.

9. Substitution Policy:

Occasionally, substitution of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:

If ButterflyEvents finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the first order as final.
